Castello works cross functionally, with Consumer Brands. Meaning, we operate as dedicated W2 salaried employees and are held to the same standard as a full-time employee would be. Practically speaking our role is consistent with an Account Manager, Director of Sales, or National Sales Manager for our clients. However, our title isn’t as important as our performance and results.

Castello’s works with retailers on both B2B & B2C platforms. This means meeting with buying teams, product set-up, managing pricing, promotions, advertising, collaborative marketing, merchandising, increasing shelf share, and always working to reinforce the ‘Brand Promise’.

This approach saves brands money, time, and brings immediate value to brands because there’s a team of resources included with Castello (not just an individual). Expenses typically covered by the brand, like healthcare, insurance, travel, and operating expenses are all covered by Castello, not our clients.
